Medcor Inc. is seeking an on-site Occupational Health Administrative Assistant for our clinic located in a large manufacturing facility. You will support clinic operations, patient intake, records, and coordination with health professionals.

The role emphasizes organization, confidentiality, and teamwork, with duties spanning reception, data entry, and basic occupational health tasks as needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of administrative experience in healthcare settings recommended.
• Proficiency with EMR and MS Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently within a team.

Mansioni

• Greet and check in patients, answer and route calls, schedule appointments, and maintain records.
• Maintain a professional clinic environment and assist with inventory and reception duties.
• Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining confidential employee health records in accordance with HIPAA.
