Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or PA required.
• Active licensure for APRN or PA per Virginia regulations.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS as position requires.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for work-related injuries and occupational health concerns.
• Evaluate exposures and perform prevention, surveillance, and return-to-work assessments.
• Coordinate workers' compensation care, referrals, and partner services.
• Develop and implement clinical SOPs, policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate employees on exposure prevention, health risks, and safe return-to-work procedures.
