Job summary

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Camarillo, CA is seeking an Occupational Hand Therapist for our outpatient ortho clinic. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans to improve daily living skills, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers a strong compensation package with a salary range of $85,000 to $120,000 plus incentives. Experience in hand therapy is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop OT treatment plans.
• Administer therapies including exercises, ADL training, and equipment.
• Educate patients and families on techniques and home programs.
• Document evaluations, progress, and plans according to standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab team for coordinated care.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Delegate to COTA when applicable, and adapt to schedule changes.
