Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) in Camarillo, CA seeks an Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients to improve daily living activities, with a salary range of $85,000 to $120,000 plus incentives based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Must have Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and valid state licensure.
• Experience in clinical or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer occupational therapy treatments including exercises, manual therapy, ADL training, and adaptive equipment.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, home exercises, and adaptive strategies.
• Regularly reassess progress and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and plans per standards.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses and rehab team for coordinated care.
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards and confidentiality.
• Ensure Plan of Care execution and follow-up with noncompliance as needed.
• Collaborate with nonclinical staff to support caseloads.
• Delegate to COTA where appropriate.
• Foster a collaborative service culture and adapt to scheduling changes.
• Keep updated on OT techniques and technologies and integrate into practice.
