Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years experience in Voucher Program, LIHTC or Property Management.
• Associate degree or higher required; can substitute 4 years of HUD housing programs experience for degree.
• Licensing: valid Michigan Driver's License; COS/HCV certifications preferred or obtainable within 1 year.
