Job summary

Overlake Hospital Medical Center is seeking a skilled Epic Scheduling Specialist to help providers across outpatient clinics by building templates in Epic and ensuring efficient scheduling use. You will partner with clinic and Epic departments to remove scheduling barriers, maximize resources, and train users on basic template functionality.

Build templates in Epic for providers across outpatient clinics. Consult across clinic and Epic departments to improve access and utilization. Ensure the effective use of Epic modules and functionality to meet strategic and evolving business needs. Partner with leadership to remove barriers to scheduling and identify system improvements to maximize resources. Train Epic users on basic template functionality.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Must obtain Epic certification within 6 weeks of last Epic class and maintain ongoing certification through annual new version training.

• Must live in Washington State
