Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS within 90 days of hire
• PALS within 90 days of hire (ED, PACU, Infusion)
• NRP within 90 days of hire (OB)
• BSN is preferred
• Ohio RN license by time of hire

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Maintain accurate, timely reports and records.
• Collaborate with health professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families from admission through discharge.
• Support a culture of safety and respond to needs as they arise.

Skills

BLS certification

ACLS certification

PALS within 90 days

NRP OB within 90 days

Two years’ experience

BSN preferred

Education

Diploma or ADN from an accredited nursing program
