Job summary

Wood County Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for Obstetrics, full-time nights. You will provide direct care, collaborate with the care team, educate patients and families, and document care plans accurately. Eligible for a $12,500 sign-on bonus, with a focus on safety and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing or ADN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in Ohio by time of hire.
• BLS and ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• PALS within 90 days of hire (OB).
• NRP within 90 days of hire (OB).
• BSN from an accredited school is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Maintain accurate, timely notes and records.
• Educate patient and family from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to achieve the best outcomes.
• Demonstrate safety-oriented practice and evidence-based care.
