The position requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, RN licensure, BLS, 2-3 years in related areas, and leadership experience. Night shift, 40 hours per week, with emphasis on safety, quality, and professional development within an HRO environment.

Qualifications

• Labor & Delivery or High-Risk Antepartum experience required.
• EFM Certification required.
• Specialized knowledge in nursing process and clinical skills.
• 2-3 years nursing experience in related or like areas of responsibility.
• Leadership experience such as precepting, charge role, clinical lead role, mentoring, department committee leadership or facilitation of meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Manager in accountability for ongoing delivery of patient care and ensures nursing process is documented.
• Maintains daily unit operations and staffing; guides patient care delivery and performance appraisals.
• Participates in staff recruitment, orientation, training, and professional development; manages budgets and resources.
• Provides leadership in clinical management practices and supports shared governance and committees.
