Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required and RN license per Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Minimum 2–5 years of nursing leadership experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to administrative functioning by staffing and allocating staff to meet patient care needs.
• Serves as a clinical resource and role model to nursing staff, promoting safe and equitable work environments.
• Interacts with internal and external customers; provides information and problem solving.
• Serves as liaison between nursing services and other departments for problem resolution.
• Coordinates and/or assists with activities during internal and external emergencies.
