- Minimum of 32 patient contact hours per week plus rounding and call
- On-call schedule/ratio: 1/6 shared equitably with other employed OB/GYNs
- Average patients a day: 20-25
- Weekend schedule/ratio: 1/6 shared equitably with other employed OB/GYNs
- Opportunity for an OB-GYN seeking a rural-style practice with the support of a large health system and a well-organized multispecialty group practice 20 minutes outside of Boise
- Clinic located in a new medical office building on the campus of a 100-bed community hospital
- 20-bed LDR unit with a spa-like atmosphere
- Strong network of primary care clinics and specialty care providers
- Support includes Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncologist, 4-bed Level II NICU, 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia, Emergency Department, and a network of 74 Primary & Specialty Care clinics
- Access to larger system resources, including da Vinci XI & SI in Boise
- Additional support includes Gyn Onc, MFM, Certified Nurse Midwives, Neonatologists, Genetic Counselors, and 24-hour onsite anesthesia coverage on labor and delivery
- OB Hospitalist service available
- Providers for infants >36 weeks CGA
- NICU team follows a family-centered approach, with outcomes exceeding national benchmarks
- Practice setting: Rounds, Clinic
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC with Dax
- Accepting Board Certified or Board Eligible candidates who will become Board Certified within 3 years of employment.

- Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again
- Not open to 1099 candidates for this position

Compensation and Benefits:- Floating base with the max of $374,662
