Obstetrician Gynecologist (OBGYN) - Boise, ID

Compensation: $350,000 - $374,000

A 650+ provider multispecialty group is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible obstetrician/gynecologist (Ob-Gyn) committed to a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care.

Job Description:

• Traditional workweek plus call and hospital responsibilities, including evenings and weekends
• Minimum of 32 patient contact hours per week plus rounding and call
• On-call schedule/ratio: 1/6 shared equitably with other employed OB/GYNs
• Average of 20-25 patients per day
• Weekend schedule/ratio: 1/6 shared equitably with other employed OB/GYNs

Opportunity for an OB-GYN seeking a rural-style practice with the support of a large health system and a well-organized multispecialty group practice. The clinic is located in a new medical office building on the campus of Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Nampa, a 100-bed community hospital. The Birkeland Maternity Center includes a 20-bed LDR unit with a spa-like atmosphere. The network offers strong primary care and specialty care support, including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, a 4-bed Level II NICU, 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia, Emergency Department, and a SAMG network of 74 clinics. Larger system resources are accessible, including Boise OB/GYN practice and advanced surgical technology like da Vinci XI & SI at the Boise campus.

Location features include 12 LDR beds, postpartum suites, and a level 3+ NICU. Additional support services include Gynecologic Oncology, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Certified Nurse Midwives, Neonatologists, Genetic Counselors, and 24-hour onsite anesthesia coverage. OB Hospitalist services are also available.

Note: Not open to providers who wish to commute more than 1 hour or hold multiple jobs.
