Job description

Position Details

Part-time or full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, with flexible days and hours.

We have 24/7 OB hospitalists, allowing physicians to choose no OB call or to take call for their own patients on specific days or all the time.

1:3/4 Gynecology call only, with NO OB CALL REQUIREMENTS; deliveries are as desired.

OB Hospitalists coverage is 24/7, with WHNPs, PAs, and midwives as part of the care team.

Practice days and hours are flexible within M-F, 7am-6pm, at all deliveries at BV Hospital, with practice locations adjacent to BVH.

Additional support includes 24-hour in-house Pediatric Hospitalist service, Level II Special Care Nursery (32 weeks+), and a surgery team on-call with expertise in robotics and surgery.

The facility is equipped with four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion, supporting a practice dedicated to your success.

Local administration and decision-making are based at BV Hospital in Findlay, with engaged leadership seeking your input.

Strong subspecialty support, mentorship opportunities, and an integrated EMR system with Cerner are available to enhance your practice.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $380,000-450,000, based on experience and training, to be discussed at interview.
• RVU bonus, sign-on bonus (to be discussed), and relocation assistance if applicable.
