Join a well-established practice less than 1 hour from the Chicago suburbs, dedicated to providing exceptional care in a collegial environment.

Practice Details:

1. Established practice of 3 OB/GYNs with several Midwives and APRNs
2. Schedule: 4-day work week with flexible hours to support work/life balance
3. Reasonable 1:6 call schedule
4. High volume potential with over 800 deliveries last year
5. Full spectrum of Obstetrics and Gynecology
6. Supportive team with minimal turnover and mentorship opportunities

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Competitive two-year salary guarantee in the $360-420K range, transitioning into a production model
2. $100,000 benefits package including sign-on, loan repayment, residency stipend, and more
