Rapidly growing healthcare organization is actively looking to hire multiple OB/GYN physicians.

Group is a not-for-profit organization that provides compassionate, dependable, and complete primary care and community health services.

Responsibilities and Opportunities

• Traditional OB/GYN physician role
• Clinic operates 24 hours, with 4 surgical hours; call ratio based on the number of providers
• Competitive compensation package including a base salary around $360K+, $150 per delivery, Quality Incentive up to $15K annually, Patient Satisfaction Incentive up to $8K annually, PTO, and relocation assistance
• Group has a high HIPSA score, beneficial for federal student loan repayment programs
• Accepts both J1 and H1 visa candidates (Conrad and HHS)
• Uses EPIC EMR system
• Supported by mid-level providers
• Patient appointments are scheduled for 15 or 30 minutes, with an average of 3-5 patients per hour; some appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes
• Call rotation among providers; deliveries are handled by the on-call physician
