The Vancouver Clinic is seeking a full-time BC/BE Obstetrician Gynecologist to join a busy generalist department in Vancouver, WA. The role encompasses clinic work and call coverage at local hospitals, with a collaborative team of 20 OB/GYNs, 15 CNMs, and related specialists.

The practice emphasizes work-life balance and comprehensive care across pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum services. Compensation is production-based with upside potential, including a guaranteed 1-year salary of $366,000

Qualificações

• Licensed to practice in the United States (or eligible for licensure) in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Experience in generalist OB/GYN care including pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative multi-specialty setting.

Responsabilidades

• Split work between clinic and call as part of a generalist OB/GYN department.
• Cover Labor & Delivery at hospital and provide ER backup as needed.
• Participate in a production-based compensation model with upside opportunities.

Our growing department consists of 20 Obstetrician Gynecologists, 15 Nurse Midwives, 5 Women’s Health APCs and 2 Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians who all work collaboratively to provide personalized care during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. We provide services at both local hospitals – PeaceHealth Southwest and Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center. Additionally, we provide a variety of surgical procedures, including abdominal surgery and minimally invasive vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic techniques at our Vancouver Clinic’s state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center.Additional details:* Work is split between clinic and call* Call involves covering L&D at one hospital, backing up CNM group, as well as ER city call* A full-time physician (0.8 – 1.0 FTE) works in clinic 4-5 days/week with approximately 1 call day/week* Level 3 NICUs at both hospitals* Compensation is a Production model with upside-earning potential* New clinicians have a 1-year guarantee of $366,000 (1.0 FTE)* Up to $35,000 starting bonus* Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in* Compensation information is provided based on available data at the time of posting and is subject to changeWe are rooted in Southwest Washington, located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
