Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in NJ required.
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to the nursing courses and clinical experiences being taught.
• Knowledge of nursing specialty to support student learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction to nursing students.
• Supervise students in clinical settings and promote safe, professional nursing practice.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely progress reports.
• Maintain attendance records and deliver feedback to support learning.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and clinical partners.
