Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Project Engineer specializing in Obsolescence Management to support a defense and aerospace engineering organization. This is a fully onsite role in Berkeley, MO where you will lead obsolescence initiatives and ensure long-term component availability.

Qualified candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in DMSMS, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and an active Secret Clearance. Benefits include a salary range of $135,000-165,000, Cigna Medical, and 401K.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Obsolescence Management / DMSMS.
• Ability to research and validate alternate components.
• Demonstrated success in large engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify alternate replacements for obsolete components.
• Perform proactive lifecycle monitoring of components.
• Prepare and support technical documentation and reports.
