  • Technical Documentation — Prepare and support engineering reports, program deliverables, obsolescence plans, and customer‑facing documentation.
  • Project Engineering Leadership — Lead obsolescence‑related activities across integrated product teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives and technical requirements.
  • Systems Knowledge — Apply understanding of aerospace and defense system architectures to recommend suitable new or alternate components.
  • Risk Identification — Identify, assess, and mitigate obsolescence risks across multiple product lines and engineering disciplines.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Partner with engineering, supply chain, quality, and program stakeholders to drive coordinated resolution strategies.
  • SOW & Change Management — Evaluate impacts of SOW changes and support negotiation of modifications to deliverables, resources, cost, and schedule.
  • Proposal & Planning Support — Contribute to cost estimation, planning inputs, and execution strategies for engineering project activities.
  • Resource Planning — Plan, identify, and coordinate engineering resources required throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects.
  • Performance Tracking — Compare actual results to baseline plans to drive lessons learned, process improvements, and program efficiency.
