Job summary

Legends Global operates One World Observatory, offering a premium guest experience at the top of One World Trade Center. The Retail Associate creates a legendary guest experience, manages merchandise presentation, and delivers attentive service in a fast-paced setting.

Successful candidates will have strong customer service, sales ability, and physical stamina to stand and lift up to 50lbs. On-site role with potential weekend/holiday shifts and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive, engaging guest experience in the retail space.
• Greet guests, assess interest, and recommend merchandise.
• Maintain inventory, merchandising, and plan-o-grams.
• Operate POS systems accurately and process sales efficiently.
