Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking a Busser at One World Observatory, NYC to support front-of-house operations and maintain a welcoming dining environment. You will assist servers, reset tables, and ensure efficient service during peak periods and events.

The role requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and teamwork. Compensation includes hourly pay + gratuities and benefits, with location on-site in NYC.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of restaurant, dining room, service stations, and guest areas.
• Greet guests and provide bread, butter, water, or other table accompaniments.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly after guest departure to support turnover.
• Transport dishes, glassware, flatware, and service items to dishwashing areas.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, floors, and dining areas between seatings.
• Assist servers with food delivery, beverage refills, and table maintenance.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate needs to servers.
• Collaborate with hosts and team to maximize seating and guest service.
• Provide information about One World Observatory and nearby attractions.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain professional demeanor in all guest interactions.
