They go above and beyond to exceed expectations in customer service, merchandise display, and attention to detail.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProvide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse teamGreet guests and gauge their interest to provide appropriate sales recommendationsConsistently operate the POS systems accuratelyPresent merchandise to increase sale with add on itemsDescribe merchandise features, benefits, and explain useRetain current knowledge on promotions and in-store sales and eventsMaintain inventory, merchandise placement, and accurate countsAssist in counting inventoryContinually increase knowledge of productsAssist the merchandise set-up team with plan-o-grams, merchandise placement, and inventory controlPractice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety trainingDemonstrate ownership of space by cleaning, re-stocking, and performing any other tasks assigned by leadershipQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels.
