• Ability to travel to observatory sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative operations and research activities of the Observatory.
• Administer procurement, accounts payable, and office support processes.
• Maintain financial and administrative records for audit and compliance.
• Manage complex supply orders and assist with international freight coordination.
• Time coordination for observatory staff timesheets and inventory tracking.
