• Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care for the healthcare team.
• Completes initial assessment upon patient admission and develops plan of care with patient and family needs.
• Implements plan of care and nursing interventions; updates care as patient status changes.
• Ensures patient safety, communicates with others, and supports professional development.
