The RN will perform assessments, develop and modify care plans, and ensure timely medication administration while adhering to safety standards and clinical rules.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois (IDFPR).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing care per unit scope and plan of care.
• Completes initial patient assessment and develops care plan.
• Documents nursing care and communicates with the healthcare team.
• Ensures patient safety and administers medications per the 5 Rights; supports discharge.
