Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure required (Licensed Registered Professional Nurse).
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing duties for assigned patients and documents care.
• Conducts initial patient assessments and develops care plans.
• Administers medications as ordered, following the 5 Rights of medication administration.
• Maintains patient safety and promptly responds to call bells and requests.
• Communicates with the healthcare team to coordinate care and supports colleagues.
