Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN/AACN accredited nursing program.
• Master's or Doctorate in NP program.
• Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education.

• Prescriptive authority through CDS/DEA as per NJ law.
• Collaborative agreement with physicians.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct clinical practice in the Observation Unit.
