Responsibilities

• Performs unit-specific nursing duties and implements the plan of care.
• Documents nursing care to ensure accurate data for the care team.
• Completes initial patient assessments and develops care plans.
• Administers medications following the 5 Rights and safety protocols.
• Communicates with the healthcare team to coordinate care and discharge planning.
