Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing required within 5 years.
• MI RN license (or eligibility) required.
• AHA/ARC BLS required upon hire.
• Graduates from non-accredited school must have 1 year acute care or 2 years health care experience and NCLEX.
• Specialty certification recommended within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• The RN provides professional nursing care using the nursing process and patient-family centered care principles.
• Collaborates with Nurse Leader and health-team to plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge.
