Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Mid-Level Observability Engineer in Irving, TX to advance our Dynatrace-based monitoring across cloud-native and legacy environments. You will partner with DevOps, SRE, and software teams to drive proactive visibility, define SLOs, and automate alert remediation.

Responsibilities include Dynatrace administration, instrumentation, dashboarding, synthetic monitoring, and integrating monitoring into CI/CD workflows to ensure high availability and reliable customer

Qualifications

3-5 years in DevOps/SRE or sysadmin with observability focus.
Strong hands-on Dynatrace deployment and management experience.
Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own Dynatrace deployment, configuration, and lifecycle across environments.
Instrument microservices, databases, and 3rd-party apps for full-stack visibility.
Build dashboards and intelligent alerts to reduce fatigue and catch degraded experiences.
Design and maintain synthetic checks to monitor critical business transactions.
Assist incident response with root cause analysis using Dynatrace Davis AI.
Integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines and automate performance gates.
Define and report SLOs to ensure reliability.
