The candidate will focus on tuning alerts, analyzing incident trends, and proposing enhancements to the current monitoring practices.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dynatrace and AWS, and a pragmatic approach to improving alerting standards in a hybrid work

Qualificações

• Experience in observability, production engineering, SRE, platform engineering, or application operations.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and AWS.
• Strong problem-solving skills with practical, sustainable improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze incident trends and propose enhancement alignment and priority.
• Improve on-call operations through better observability and alerting.
• Evaluate current monitoring practices to identify noise and propose improvements.
• Help reduce alert fatigue by tuning alerts and promoting actionable alerting standards.
