Job summary

Optomi in partnership with a leading financial services company is seeking an Observability Analyst to improve observability, reduce alert fatigue, and drive better operational visibility across the enterprise ecosystem. The candidate will focus on tuning alerts, analyzing incident trends, and proposing enhancements to the current monitoring practices.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dynatrace and AWS, and a pragmatic approach to improving alerting standards in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience in observability, production engineering, SRE, platform engineering, or application operations.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and AWS.
• Strong problem-solving skills with practical, sustainable improvements.

Responsibilities
