Job summary

Women’s Care is seeking a Sonographer to perform ultrasound examinations across multiple clinic locations as part of a PRN float pool. The role includes routine OB/GYN scans, nuchal translucency, and 3D-4D imaging, with findings documented in the EMR.

Ideal candidates hold OB/GYN ARDMS certification and at least 2 years of OB/GYN ultrasound experience, have excellent bedside manner, and are willing to travel regionally on a PRN basis.

Qualifications

• OB/GYN ARDMS certification required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of recent OB/GYN ultrasound experience.
• Experience with 3D-4D scans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations including 3D-4D as directed and record findings.
• Complete nuchal translucency scans and fetal surveys per standards.
• Document and update information in the EMR system (eCW a plus).
• Travel to local clinics as part of PRN float pool.

This includes routine ultrasound exams, as well as specialized procedures as directed. This is a PRN position within our float pool and will require travel to clinics within the local region on an as-needed basis.Performs nuchal translucency scans per established standards and guidelines.Completes fetal surveys.Performs hysterosonograms, as well as 3D-4D scans.Evaluates the images for their quality, but also interprets what was captured in the image.Documents/updates information in patient’s electronic medical record.Represents clinic in a professional manner.
