Job summary

Women's Care is seeking a PRN Sonographer to perform ultrasound examinations and record findings across multiple clinics in the local region. You will conduct routine exams, 3D-4D scans, and fetal assessments while maintaining high-quality patient care.

The role requires ARDMS certification and at least 2 years of OB/GYN experience, with strong bedside manner and EMR data entry skills; travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• ARDMS certification with OB/GYN specialization.
• Minimum 2 years of OBGYN ultrasound experience.
• Experience with 3D-4D scans and fetal surveys.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in entering data in EMR systems (eCW a plus).

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations including routine and specialized scans.
• Complete fetal surveys and nuchal translucency assessments.
• Document findings in the patient EMR.
• Travel to clinics within the local region as needed.
• Represent the clinic professionally and collaborate with team.

Job description

At Women's Care, our employees work Monday through Friday, no weekends! Today, our organization has grown to over 100 locations in numerous states by remaining true to its mission of improving the health and lives of our patients every day.The Sonographer performs ultrasound examinations and records the findings. This includes routine ultrasound exams, as well as specialized procedures as directed. This is a PRN position within our float pool and will require travel to clinics within the local region on an as-needed basis.Performs nuchal translucency scans per established standards and guidelines.Completes fetal surveys.Performs hysterosonograms, as well as 3D-4D scans.Evaluates the images for their quality, but also interprets what was captured in the image.Documents/updates information in patient’s electronic medical record.Represents clinic in a professional manner.
