Baldwin Health is hiring an OBGYN Registered Nurse (RN) for the OBSTETRICS/GYNECOLOGY unit. The role supports patient-centered care, coordinates assessments, planning, and delivery of nursing care for obstetric patients.

Night shift hours are 7pm-7am, full-time, with a comprehensive benefits package including student loan contribution. Responsibilities include assisting with labor and delivery, epidurals, medication administration, and family education, while adhering to safety and quality

Qualifikationen

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• RN license in state of practice required or compact state
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred but not required

Aufgaben

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process from assessment through evaluation.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control practices and safe equipment operation.
