Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations required.
• Current RN licensure and BCLS required.
• ACLS, PALS and NRP preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process and patient assessment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality patient-centered care in line with policies.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings.
• Educates patients about conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Administers medications and monitors for side effects per standards.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency and scope.
