Job summary

Medical Center Enterprise in Alabama is seeking an OBGYN RN to join the OB/GYN unit on nights (7pm–7am). The RN provides patient-centered care through the nursing process, coordinates with physicians and staff, and supports families during labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations required. RN licensure and BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in clinical nursing or student rotations in acute care.
• RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BCLS) required.
• ACLS/PALS preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Documents assessments and conditions; reports changes to care team.
• Educates patients and families on procedures, post-discharge care, and safety.
