Baldwin Health is seeking a Float Pool RN to join our night-shift team. The role covers a variety of units, providing comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced environment.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care under physician orders and hospital protocols. The position includes a 3x12 night schedule (7pm–7am) and benefits such as student loan contribution up to $20k, plus medical, vision, dental, and a 401(k) match for eligible full and part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care following nursing process and policy.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Collaborates with care team to implement individualized care plans.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge care.
• Maintains infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
• Operates medical equipment and monitors patient status.
