Responsabilités

• Deliver direct, compassionate nursing care to OBGYN patients and uphold professional standards.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders, implement and evaluate personalized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, document findings, and communicate updates to the multidisciplinary team.
• Serve as primary coordinator, integrating care across disciplines for best outcomes.
• Assess discharge needs and facilitate smooth transitions of care.
