Job summary

Northwell Health's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology seeks a dynamic Director of Quality for OBGYN to lead quality initiatives across the health system.

The role reports to the Department and will develop strategic quality plans, oversee data analytics and performance improvement methodologies, and ensure safety and equity in care for women’s health. Board-certified/board-eligible physicians preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN with leadership in quality initiatives.
• Experience with performance improvement and data analytics is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication across a large health system.

Responsibilities
