Formación

• MD/DO or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Board certified in OB/GYN.
• Minimum of 5 years of quality and safety experience or adjacent work.
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in Massachusetts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop quality initiatives and safety strategies for inpatient and ambulatory environments.
• Leverage data to identify QI priorities and opportunities.
• Lead case reviews, root‑cause analyses, and partnerships with QI leaders.
• Present reports, policies, and implement changes across the department.
• Lead Morbidity & Mortality reviews and quarterly QI updates.
• Collaborate with site leadership to organize new processes and technology.
