Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited nursing school and Nurse Practitioner program
• Two years of RN or NP clinical experience
• RN Texas license with permanent license within 60 days (if establishing residency)
• Non-Acute Care state license and ANCC certification (Non-Acute)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• AP Prescriptive Authority (Texas) and DEA license (within 6 months)
