Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in nursing with a certified NP program.
• Two years of RN/APRN clinical experience.
• Texas RN licensure with permanent license within 60 days and APRN Acute Care license.
• Magnet ANCC Acute-Care practitioner certification, BLS and ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnosis, treatment and consultation in inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Order tests and prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Communicate with patients and interprofessional team to coordinate care.
• Lead and participate in quality, safety and performance improvements.
