The ideal candidate is Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/GYN with a Doctorate (MD/DO) and at least 3 years of relevant experience, ready to supervise clinical staff and provide comprehensive women’s health care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/GYN.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Gynecology and Obstetrics.
• California MD license and CA DEA registration.
• CA CDS certification.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• American Heart Association ACLS certification.
• Willingness to supervise/mentor NP/PAs.
• Commitment to a full 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Obstetrics and Gynecology care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Manage prenatal, labor & delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Participate in occasional weekend coverage as needed.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to NPs, PAs, and clinical staff.

  • American Heart Association BLS
  • American Heart Association ACLS
• Willingness to supervise or mentor clinical staff (NPs/PAs).
• Commitment to a full 40-hour workweek; not open to part-time or locum arrangements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience (or willingness to step into a leadership role).
• New graduates from residency may be considered, though 3+ years of experience is preferred.
