Job summary

The Oregon Clinic invites applications for a full-time Clinic Supervisor at the Obstetrics & Gynecology North Clinic in North Portland. You will lead a team, oversee front-office operations, and ensure efficient patient flow and quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring medical leadership experience, EPIC EMR proficiency, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-focused care.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of medical leadership/supervisor experience preferred.
Experience with patient access workflows (scheduling, triage, referrals).
Experience handling multi-line phone systems in healthcare.
EPIC EMR experience required.
Excellent attendance and multitasking ability.
Strong communication with patients, physicians, and staff.

Responsibilities

Acts as a working supervisor, providing leadership and professional staff guidance.
Ensures smooth department operations with documented SOPs.
Coordinates day-to-day front office functions and patient interactions.
Identifies training needs and conducts coaching sessions.
Collaborates with leadership to improve workflows and SOPs.
Monitors performance metrics, attendance, and productivity.
Serves as primary contact for escalated patient issues.
Ensures patient confidentiality and adherence to policies.
Performs additional administrative tasks as assigned.
