Job summary

Providence is seeking a Clinic Manager 1 to provide ongoing leadership for development and implementation of management and patient care systems in our Hillsboro clinic. You will help ensure cost-efficient, high-quality operations and coordinate care that respects physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.

The role involves guiding staff and aligning with clinical policies, while participating in system-wide projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare or 4 years of healthcare with 1 year managing staff.
• 1 year of Clinic Management experience.
• 1 year of experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system such as hospital, health plan and support departments.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations.
• Leads staff to ensure timely patient care services that address physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
• Ensures compliance with established clinical policies and procedures and participates in PMG-wide projects as requested.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare

4 years of healthcare experience with 1 year managing staff

1 year of Clinic Management experience

1 year of experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system
