Optimal Solution Company in Michigan seeks an OBD Core Calibration Engineer to support development and validation of production-ready diagnostics across gasoline, diesel, hybrids, and BEV applications. You will work with program, compliance, and simulation teams to ensure robust calibrations on time.

The role requires hands-on calibration experience, data analysis, and familiarity with ETAS/ATI tools; travel to remote testing sites may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, automotive, or computer engineering or computer science.
• 2+ years of powertrain calibration and/or OBD calibration experience.
• Understanding of combustion engine operation and powertrain control systems.
• Knowledge of worldwide OBD regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with calibration tools such as ETAS and ATI.
• Strong data analysis skills and problem-solving ability.
• Teamwork and effective communication; ability to travel
