G-TECH Services LLC seeks a Calibration Engineer to support the development, testing, and validation of OBD calibrations for gasoline, diesel, hybrid, and EV programs. You will work on powertrain calibration, emissions testing, and vehicle validation in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 2+ years of experience in Powertrain Calibration or OBD Calibration.
• Experience with ETAS INCA, ATI Vision, or similar calibration tools.
• Knowledge of combustion engines, powertrain controls, and OBD regulations.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a Calibration Engineer to support the development, testing, and validation of On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) calibrations for gasoline, diesel, hybrid, and electric vehicle programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in powertrain calibration, emissions testing, OBD diagnostics, and vehicle validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate OBD and engine diagnostic calibrations.
• Perform vehicle emissions, OBD DV, and on-road testing.
• Analyze calibration and quality data to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Support diagnostic signoff activities, compliance requirements, and program launches.
• Develop data analysis tools using Python, MATLAB, or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with calibration, compliance, simulation, and testing teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 2+ years of experience in Powertrain Calibration or OBD Calibration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of OBD calibration experience.
