HCA Healthcare's Riverside Community Hospital is seeking an OB Technician to join a collaborative obstetric surgical team, preparing the suite and assisting during procedures to ensure safe, compassionate care. The role includes on‑call support, ongoing training, and clear growth paths within obstetric surgery.

You will support the team with instrument handling, sterile technique, patient positioning, and maintaining a seamless surgical flow to improve outcomes for newborns and families.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Surgical Technician Program or one year experience as a Surgical Technician
• BCLS required
• Scrub Tech Certificate or Minimum of one year Scrub Tech experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Preparing the surgical suite and organizing instruments, equipment, and supplies to support safe, efficient procedures
• Assisting with patient positioning, prepping, and draping while maintaining comfort, privacy, and safety
• Providing instruments, equipment, and hands‑on support to the surgical team during obstetric procedures
• Maintaining a sterile field, performing counts, and ensuring instruments and equipment function properly
• Working closely with the surgical team to deliver patient-centered care and a seamless surgical experience

Job Summary and Qualifications
