Job summary

AdventHealth in Hinsdale, IL is seeking a dedicated OB Tech to support patient care in a full-time daytime role. You will assist with delegated tasks under RN/provider supervision, manage supplies, and help ensure smooth patient flow and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include rapid response to call lights, reporting to oncoming shifts, and helping train other staff while maintaining a clean, well-stocked environment. BLS and CST/NCCT credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with safe delegated patient care tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and provider.
• Provides supplies or equipment for the provider, nurses, and/or anesthesia provider.
• Responds to patient calls promptly and notifies appropriate personnel of needs.
• Gives accurate shift reports and may document vital signs, input/output, and nutritional intake.
• Greets and schedules patients, ensuring all intake information is complete.
